Open a banking account?

To open a bank account you'll need to provide a valid, government-issued photo ID, and provide any information that may not be on your ID such as date of birth, Social Security number, phone number, email and mailing address. When opening a joint account you must have all the information required of each account holder.  Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian listed on the account as a co-owner and co-signer of all documents.
